Return Policy

We understand that ordering online can be hard, and sometimes things just don't fit like you had hoped. If this happens, no worries. You have 30-days from purchase to return items for a store credit or a refund! Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our process for returning an item from the store that didn't work for you.

    RETURN PROCESS:

    • Please allow our team 3-4 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. 
    • Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
    • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, keeping the original condition upon which you received it. If an item is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we will reject the return and return shipping cost will be the customers responsibility.
    • All items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for FULL REFUND or CREDIT to be received. (Returns MUST be postmarked by the 30-day window).
    • Any item marked FINAL SALE is NOT eligible for return. If an Item marked FINAL SALE is returned, you will be invoiced to pay for the shipping cost to send the item back to you, or have the option to donate the item. 
    • If you make a return that is past 30 days of delivery, you will only be eligible to receive 50% store credit. (NO REFUNDS) will be given back on the item(s). If it is 45 days past delivery, you will not be eligible to receive credit back on the items returned to us. You will be invoiced to pay for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to you, or have the option to donate them. (Please don't do this... we love you and hate when this happens).
    •  Place the RETURN SLIP that came with your order in the return package and clarify if you would like a store credit or a refund. If nothing is circled on your return sheet or we do not receive one, a STORE CREDIT will be issued. This cannot be reversed once issued. 

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. (In this case, please email us for a return shipping label). 
    EXCHANGES:
    • We cannot do exchanges at this time. Our items sell out super quick and we usually don't have the items in stock to exchange. We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it. 
    • We recommend you check the website and if the item is available, go ahead and purchase the item again in a different size and send back your return item.
    STORE CREDIT:
    • Refunds as Store Credits will be emailed to you, and might filter to your junk mail. Please check there! In order to use the credit you will apply the code at checkout where it asks for codes and discounts. 

    DEFECTS: 

    • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service within 5 BUSINESS DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five business days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. 
    • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, incorrect sizing, being left out in the rain, your dog eating, etc. HAHA!
    • We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear on items.
